Andrea Cerulli

Andrea Cerulli has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Andrea started their career as a Research Consultant at Merritt Hawkins & Associates in 2007. Andrea then worked at CareMore Health Plan as a Corporate Recruiter/Lead Recruiter, where they developed and executed recruiting plans and implemented various initiatives. Andrea later became a Human Resources Manager at CareMore, where they supervised HR personnel and formulated policies and procedures for the department.

In 2013, Andrea joined Alignment Healthcare as a Director of Human Resources, where they served until 2017. During this time, they gained experience in managing HR operations and fostering organizational culture.

Since 2017, Andrea has been working at agilon health, initially as a Director of Human Resources. In this role, they played a key part in creating a centralized business office and contributed to talent acquisition and onboarding efforts. Andrea then progressed to becoming the Vice President of Human Resources at agilon health, where they oversaw HR functions and aided in culture development.
