Bridget Ritossa has had a diverse work experience in the field of aging life care and geriatric care management. Bridget has held various roles and leadership positions in organizations such as the Aging Life Care Association Midwest Chapter, where they served as President and Vice President. Bridget also worked as a Unit Leader in the Greater Cleveland Aging Life Care Association. Additionally, Bridget has been a Member of the Aging Life Care Association since 2013. Prior to their involvement with the association, they owned and operated their own company called Careplan Geriatric Care Managers. Bridget has also worked as a Care Manager at Humana and served as a Clinical Liaison at Golden Living. Bridget has experience as a Community Liaison at Psychological Solutions Inc. and as a Liaison at Extendicare, where they conducted comprehensive assessments and acted as a resource for patients and their families. Bridget is also an Affiliate Member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.

Bridget Ritossa attended Olmsted Falls High School from 1984 to 1987. Bridget then enrolled in Kent State University, where they pursued a degree in Family Studies. Bridget completed their studies at Kent State University in 1991, earning a Bachelor's degree in Family Studies with a minor in Gerontology.

In addition to their formal education, Bridget has obtained several certifications. Bridget obtained a certification in Outdoor Emergency Care from the National Ski Patrol in October 2013. Bridget also holds a certification as a Certified Care Manager and a Licensed Social Worker from the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (NAPGCM).
