Denise Holzer

Denise Holzer currently serves as the Director of Investor Relations & Strategic Partnerships at Thinkhat since September 2024 and has been a Member of the Board of Advisors at Syndesis Health since November 2019. Previously, Denise held the position of Managing Director at Chatsworth Securities LLC from May 2019 to September 2024, specializing as an investment banker in artificial intelligence, data, and real estate assets, while also overseeing co-investment opportunities for family offices and private placements. Denise co-founded Crunchet, a social media platform launched in September 2018, aimed at helping users consolidate and promote their brands. Earlier in the career, Denise worked over a decade at Morgan Stanley as a Private Wealth Management Advisor managing financial planning for ultra-high net worth clients. Denise holds several licenses, including Series 7, Series 66, Series 31, and Series 3, and has an educational background from Tufts University, the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, and The Chapin School.
