Sanam M.

Sanam M. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. They recently started working as a QA Ingénieur at AgoraPulse in 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Testeur QA at Certif Lab from November 2020 to April 2022. At Certif Lab, they were responsible for analyzing specifications, writing user stories, designing and executing tests, documenting bugs, and contributing to progress reports.

Before their role at Certif Lab, Sanam worked as a Formatrice Anglais at S.M COURS from January 2018 to August 2020, where they trained individuals in English. They also have experience as an Assistante de Direction et Technique at ATE ALARME TELEPHONE ELECTRONIQUE from October 2012 to August 2015, where they managed projects, provided functional testing support for software implementation, and conducted training sessions.

In their earlier career, Sanam worked as an Assistante administrative at Stricher from January 2007 to August 2008. They also served as a Conseillère Clientèle Banque at BRED from August 2006 to December 2007, and as a Conseillère Clientèle en Banque at Groupe Crédit Agricole from September 2002 to August 2006. In these banking roles, they provided personalized customer service, conducted prospecting activities, and sold financial products.

Sanam M. completed their education from 2002 to 2004 at Greta Top Formation Paris, where they obtained a BTS BANQUE degree. Later, they pursued a MASTER en Langues Etrangeres degree from 2015 to 2019 at an undisclosed institution. In terms of additional certifications, Sanam M. completed the "Formation testeur Agile" from INGENIUS LAB in September 2020. Sanam also has a certification as a "Certified ISTQB" from GASQ, but the specific time of completion is unknown.
