Tyler Standifer, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Human Resources professional who has worked in various HR roles at companies such as Agoro Carbon Alliance, Foot Locker, and the University of Florida. Known for their expertise in talent management, recruitment, and performance management, Tyler has also gained experience in legislative research and interned with the United States Senate. Tyler holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in International Affairs from Florida State University.
