Jesper Clement Taxgaard

Jesper Clement Taxgaard has a diverse background in operations management within the food industry, holding various leadership positions in different companies. Currently, Jesper serves as the Head of Operations at Agrain by Circular Food Technology and as a Board Member at Beyond Coffee. With experience as a General Manager Operations at Saadeddinpastry and Head Of Production at Coronet Cake Company Aps, Jesper has a strong foundation in overseeing production and operations. Prior to these roles, Jesper worked as a Production Manager at Lantmännen Unibake and KDD, focusing on bakery and ice cream production. Jesper also holds a degree in LEAN consulting from DTU - Technical University of Denmark.
