Phil Carbone

Phil Carbone is Senior Vice President of Legal responsible for the negotiation and execution of the Company’s acquisition and disposition activities. Phil is a Co-Chair of ADC’s Steering Committee.

Prior to joining the Company, he previously was Assistant General Counsel for World Fuel Services Corporation in Miami, FL as well as at Atlas Oil Company in Birmingham, MI. He has extensive experience in real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, leases, financing, and sale-leasebacks.

Phil holds a Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English also from Wayne State University.
