Ray Lavigne

Ray LaVigne joined the Company as a Property Manager in 2016. In 2018, he was promoted to Senior Property Manager until July of 2022 when he was promoted to Director, Property Management. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day property management responsibilities of a region of assets as well as leading the capital expenditure process, property level budgeting and management of Associate Property Managers and Senior Associate Property Managers.

Prior to joining Agree Realty, Ray was a Portfolio Manager at Friedman Management Company responsible for a real estate portfolio of over 2 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial properties throughout Michigan.

Ray holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Business Economics from Grand Valley State University.
