Brad Wilson

Brad Wilson is the vice president of commercial at AgReliant Genetics. In this role, Brad leads sales and agronomy teams for the company’s AgriGold and LG Seeds seed brands, directing field strategy and guiding the customer experience. Brad draws upon decades of experience in seed and crop protection sales as he empowers his teams to deliver unique seed solutions that farmers want.

Raised on a family grain and livestock farm in western Illinois, Brad has a deep-rooted passion for agriculture. Before joining AgReliant Genetics, he spent 25 years with Bayer Crop Science and Monsanto Company, most recently leading Nutrien national account business in the eastern Corn Belt. Brad previously spent 14 years with Ciba-Geigy Crop Protection, working in field sales, sales management and training roles.

Throughout his career, Brad developed a diverse skillset and established a track record for successful customer engagement, people management and strategic account management.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in agricultural education from the University of Southern Illinois-Carbondale. He has also served as an ambassador for the Midwest Agricultural Chemical Association.
