Ray Chang Jr.

Ray Chang Jr. started their career as the Founder of BetterChina100k in 2011 and later became the Co-Founder of PinCube Noveltronics in 2012. Ray then worked in various roles at companies like Netra, Inc., Spoiler Alert, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, McKinsey & Company, Nexus Point Capital, and Factorial Energy. Currently, they serve as the Director of Business Development at Agrify Corp.

Ray Chang Jr. graduated from Shanghai American School in 2014 with an International Baccalaureate and as an Honors Graduate. Ray then went on to attend Cornell University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration in 2018. In 2016, they also earned a Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics from the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
