Rayane Castro

Rayane Castro has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Jovem Aprendiz at Transportadora Roma in 2011. Rayane then held two Bolsista positions, first at FAPEMAT in 2015 and then at CNPq - Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico in 2014. In 2017, they became an Auxiliar Técnico de Agricultura at Petrovina Sementes and in 2018, they held a Wheat Breeding Intern position at KWS Cereals. Most recently, Rayane worked at Agropecuária Crestani LTDA from 2019 to 2020, where they held the role of Técnico em Agricultura de Precisão, responsible for monitoring operations via telemetry, installing telemetry equipment on agricultural machines, controlling predetermined parameters of operations, and providing training and analytics reports to improve operational efficiency. In 2020, they also held the role of Solution Engineer and Customer Success Manager at Agritask.

Rayane Castro completed their MBA Executivo in Gestão com Ênfase em Gerenciamento de Projetos from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Prior to this, they obtained a Bacharelado in Engenharia Agrícola e Ambiental from Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso between 2013 and 2018.
