Nayla Sacre

Nayla Sacre has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Nayla most recently served as the Director of Strategy International at Americold Logistics, LLC. Prior to that, they were the Director of Business Strategy at Exela Technologies, where they played a key role in re-envisioning the account management approach and securing major accounts. At Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance Nederland B.V., Nayla served as the Head of Business Transformation, leading transformation initiatives and redesigning the commercial approach. Nayla also held the position of Country Manager at Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance, where they achieved strong growth and influenced cost savings. In their earlier career, Nayla worked as a Senior Consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, optimizing client engagement teams' performance, and as a Commercial Finance Manager at GE Healthcare. Nayla also gained experience in cost control at Renault and engineering roles at Air Liquide and France Telecom - Cellis.

Nayla Sacre completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Ecole Supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Beyrouth (ESIB) from 1999 to 2004. Nayla then obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from CentraleSupélec in 2005. In 2012, they attended INSEAD for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
