Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business and nutrition. Currently serving as the Propietario of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana runs an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has been working as an Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management at Barbería El Galgo Negro, practice as a Nutrióloga at Consultorio Particular, and teaching at a labor training school, where Mariana lectured on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
