Abdelrahman Osama Elsherif

Abdelrahman Osama ElSherif, known as "AB," currently serves as the Group Sustainability Manager at Agthia Group PJSC, overseeing the ESG and Sustainability strategy across seven countries and 21 factories. Previously, AB was the Head of Sustainability & ESG R&D EAST at The Kraft Heinz Company, where responsibilities included managing sustainability strategy, KPIs, and CSR projects across multiple regions. AB has also held roles such as Head of Product Development for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa at Kraft Heinz, and Category Product Development Manager at Beyti. Early career experience includes positions with Nestlé, Americana Foods, and other food industry firms. AB holds an MBA from Paris ESLSCA Business School and a BSc in Food Technology from Cairo University.
