Marcos Abreu

Marcos Abreu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Marcos began their career as an intern at Kelps Engenharia in 2012 and later worked as an intern at Prefeitura Municipal de Florianópolis from 2014 to 2016, where they managed documentation related to contracts and agreements. In 2016, Marcos joined Trustcode as an Implementation and Support Assistant. Marcos then joined Ahgora Sistemas in 2017 and held various roles, including Service Desk Analyst, Customer Success Analyst, Customer Success Specialist, and CS Onboarding Team Leader. In 2022, Marcos joined Code7 as a Customer Success Analyst PL. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Ahgora as an Associate Product Manager.

Marcos Abreu completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they achieved their Técnico Completo degree from IFSC - Instituto Federal de Santa Catarina from 2008 to 2012.
