Willian R. Ramos

Willian R. Ramos has been working in the software industry since 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they were a bursar in the Computer Lab at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Software Developer and Project Manager at Plyom, where they had experience in Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Java, Ruby, React, React Native, and Angular. Since 2017, they have been working at Ahgora Sistemas, where they have held the roles of Squad Manager, Product Manager, Leader of the Mobile Development Vertical, Agile Coach, and Software Developer & Agile Leader. As Product Manager, they were responsible for the leadership of approximately 10 software products, driving strategic decision-making and alignment with the development team. As Leader of the Mobile Development Vertical, they were the main developer of the mobile applications team, using Flutter, React Native, Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android). As Agile Coach, they were responsible for training and monitoring teams in the evolution of agile methods applied, as well as restructuring software development processes and adapting procedures audited by ISO 9001 to the agile methodology.

Willian R. Ramos obtained their Bachelor of Information Systems from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina between 2011 and 2015. Willian then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration - MBA from SENAI/SC - Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial between 2018 and 2019, specializing in Gestão Ágil de Projetos. In 2016, they obtained their Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile;Download Free Scrum Body of Knowledge(340 pages). In 2017, they obtained their ISMF - International Scrum Master Foundation from www.scrum.as.
