Jillian Penighetti

Jillian Penighetti has extensive work experience in the field of human services. Jillian currently holds the position of People Experience Director at AHRC Suffolk, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Life's WORC as the Director of Training from May 2020 to June 2022. Before that, Jillian was the Respite Program Administrator at AHRC Nassau from November 2005 to May 2020.

Jillian Penighetti attended SUNY Empire State College from 2017 to 2018, where they received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Healthcare Administration. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications:

- In July 2023, they obtained the certification of SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.

- In July 2022, they obtained the Incident Investigation Certification from the InterAgency Council of Developmental Disabilities Agencies, Inc.

- In June 2022, they obtained the certification in Inclusive Workplace Culture: Leading and Sustaining a Culture Transformation from SHRM.

- In June 2021, they obtained the Diversity & Inclusion certification from Cornell University.

- In March 2021, they obtained the certification in Strategies for Crisis Intervention & Prevention from the NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities.

- In September 2020, they obtained the MCCT Certified Instructor certification from Logical Operations.

- In August 2020, they obtained the First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification from the American Red Cross.

- In October 2020, they obtained the CPI Certified Instructor certification from the Crisis Prevention Institute.
