Sonal Pathak

Sonal Pathak currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Ahuja Residences, a position held since May 2023. In addition to this role, Sonal is the Founder and CEO of HR DataQube, established in July 2016, which specializes in transformational HR management across various industries. Sonal has engaged in pro bono and volunteer work with local administrative offices in Uttarakhand and Haryana, focusing on environment, education, skill development, and animal welfare since January 2017. Previous experience includes serving as an Expert in Development and Executive Search at BrenStone International and Director of HR and People Development at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group. Sonal also held the position of Project Coordinator for a skill development project supported by the UNDP in 2011 and was the Group HR Head at Kingdom of Dreams. Educational background includes a post-graduation from Barkatullah University and executive education from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
