Venianandhi Iyyadurai has worked in the Human Resources field since 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an HR Intern at ONGC. From 2013 to 2020, they worked at TORRECID INDIA PVT. LTD. in various roles, including Asst Manager - Human Resources, Asst Manager - Recruitment, and HR Executive - Generalist. In 2020, they moved to Vriksha Agro Sciences Private Limited as an Human Resources Manager. In 2021, they moved to Workafella as an Human Resources Manager. Currently, they are employed at Ai Palette as a Human Resources Business Partner - Lead.

Venianandhi Iyyadurai completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business & Corporate Law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2020. In 2019, they completed an Executive Development Program in Strategic Management from Indian Institute of Management Kashipur. In 2017, they completed a Diploma in Labour Laws & Labour Welfare from Bharati Vidyapeeth in Pune. From 2011 to 2013, Venianandhi Iyyadurai completed an MBA in Human Resources from Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of Management Studies & Research. From 2008 to 2011, they completed a Bachelor's in Management Studies from SIES College of Management Studies. In 2006 to 2008, they completed their HSC from SIES College of Management Studies.
