Lee Liang

Lee Liang has a diverse work experience spanning several years in various roles and industries. They began their career as a Private Piano Teacher in 2014 and worked in this role until 2018. From 2016 to 2018, they also served as a Sound Engineer for the Startup Talk with Millard and Andrew Podcast. In 2017, Lee Liang became the Music Director for the UCSD Tritones, a position they held until 2018.

Moving into the tech industry, Lee Liang worked as a Front End SWE Intern at Lyft in 2019. In this role, they developed an internal front-end visualization platform and led a major UI/UX redesign project. They also gained experience in infrastructure reconfiguration and collaborated closely with various teams.

In 2018, Lee Liang started working as a CSE Tutor and Head Tutor at the UCSD CSE Department, providing assistance to students in computer science. They held this position until 2020.

Lee Liang's experience as a Full Stack Developer at The Protolab in 2019 involved developing a new portal for Design for San Diego (D4SD), an innovation challenge that addresses civic problems. They collaborated with a team of researchers/developers, worked closely with project leads, and participated in scrum meetings and planning sessions.

From 2020 to 2022, Lee Liang worked as an Associate Software Engineer at CTI, gaining practical experience in software development.

In 2021, Lee Liang joined Equip as a Software Engineer, focusing on developing V2 of the online EMR and improving the latency and stability of the production platform. They were also involved in architecture design and continuously developing the platform's web-based SPA.

Prior to their current role, Lee Liang worked as a Software Engineer at Heard in 2022, and then transitioned to Aiberry, Inc. as a Full Stack Engineer in 2023.

Lee Liang completed their high school education at Monta Vista High School from 2012 to 2016, earning a high school diploma. They then pursued further education at UC San Diego from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Interaction Design.
