Samantha Hamlin

Samantha Hamlin is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple high-profile companies. Currently serving as the Global Head of Employee Success at Cruise since July 2019, Samantha previously held significant positions including Global Head of HR Business Partners and Employee Relations. Prior experience includes serving as Director of HR Business Partner at Facebook and as Director at LinkedIn, where strategic HR partnerships were developed. At Salesforce, Samantha progressed from Director to Senior Director of Employee Success in the Technology & Products team, successfully managing multiple acquisitions. Earlier roles include Senior HR Business Partner at Hewlett-Packard, Director of Human Resources at Hands-On Mobile, and various HR management positions at Avistar Communications, Xtime, Spinway, and Liberate Technologies. Samantha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Stanford University.
