Helena Marsikova

Helena Marsikova has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Helena'smost recent position was as the Head of Workforce Management at AiFi Inc., starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the CS & CX Manager at CZC.cz s.r.o. from September 2019 to December 2022. Helena also held the role of Staffing Manager at MallGroup from October 2018 to August 2019. Before that, Helena worked as the Reporting Manager at Comdata Czech a.s. from July 2017 to September 2018. Helena also served as the Head of WFM at Kiwi.com from January 2016 to June 2017. Helena has a strong background in workforce management and held various roles at BlueLink International CZ, including Head of Workforce Department, Head of Service Delivery, Planning and Reporting Manager, and Shift Supervisor. Helena also worked at UPC as a Payment and Recolection Supervisor and a Call Centre Supervisor. Helena'scareer started at the Centre for Modern Education CZ, where they held the position of Office Manager and later transitioned to a Marketing Specialist role.

Helena Marsikova attended the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Economics (Bc.). In August 2011, they also obtained a certification in PRINCE2 Foundation from APMG-International.
