Nathan Baldock is an experienced professional who has worked in workforce management for companies like Porch Group and Stericycle. At Porch Group, Nathan serves as the Head of Workforce Management and Senior Manager of Workforce Optimization, where Nathan built the workforce management department from scratch and implemented process improvements to drive business growth and control labor costs. Nathan has a background in creating reports to track business performance and ensuring KPIs are consistently met.
