Eric Mu

Eric Mu serves as the Director of Global HR Analytics, Research, and Insights at AIG since September 2018, following roles as Senior Manager and Manager & Team Lead. Prior to AIG, Eric Mu worked at the United Nations from May 2016 to September 2018 in Analytics & Talent Development and as a Consultant. From June 2015 to May 2016, Eric Mu was a Market Insights and Analytics Consultant at the University of Connecticut. Eric Mu holds a Master’s Degree in Business Analytics and Project Management, as well as an M.B.A., both from the University of Connecticut.
