Shailesh Mathankar

Shailesh Mathankar is an experienced legal technology and operations professional with a diverse background in data technology and analytics within the legal sector. Currently serving as the Head of Legal Technology & Operations at AIG, Shailesh has also held significant roles such as AVP of Data Technology & Analytics and Senior Director at the Legal Chief Data Office. Previous positions include Enterprise Data Management Program Manager at Bunge, Assistant Director of Application Development at Ernst & Young, Manager of IT at KPMG LLP, and Senior Consultant at Stellar Technology Group. Shailesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, completed in 1996.
