Gustavo Coelho

Gustavo Coelho is currently a Tech Lead at AIHR. Prior to this, they were with BusinessForensics as a Tech Lead for four years, from March 2018 to January 2022. During their time there, they designed, developed and implemented cloud-based applications using various programming languages and software platforms. Gustavo also collaborated with other software developers, business analysts, and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain solutions following guidelines for European compliances against financial crimes, money laundering, fraud, risk analyses, and GDPR.

Gustavo is responsible for developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, and enforcing code guidelines. Gustavo is also responsible for developing the Technical Roadmap. Gustavo offers creative problem solving, analytical reasoning, and solid recommendations. Gustavo assists in Architectural and Design direction. In addition, they control Technical Debt, ensures Code Review Healthiness, promotes Collaboration and Engagement. Gustavo also conducts security audits to identify areas of improvement and guides the team through technical issues and challenges.

Gustavo Coelho has a computer engineering degree from Centro Universitário Facens and an MBA in marketing from ESAMC.

Their manager is Marijn Verdult, Head of Technology. They work with Dusan Ljubenovic - Front-end & WordPress Developer, Lea Hemm - Instructional Designer, and Huy Trinh - Visual Designer.
