Lea Hemm

Lea Hemm is an Instructional Designer at AIHR. Lea previously worked as a Talent Development & Internal Communications Intern at DB Engineering & Consulting, a Learning & Development Intern at The Student Hotel, and a Working Student in Recruitment at akko GmbH Personaldienstleistungen. Lea also interned twice at ZF Group, first in Human Resources and then in March 2017 in Human Resources. From November 2015 to July 2016, they were a Teaching Professional at Lernstudio Barbarossa Landau.

Lea Hemm has a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Pedagogy/ HR Development from University of Koblenz and Landau. Lea also has certification from Udemy in Instructional Design for ELearning.
