Isabella Sooma

Isabella Sooma is a visual designer who currently works at AIHR. Isabella has previous experience working as a graphic web designer at i3D.net and as a lead designer and co-founder at Studio ALSO. At Sesc Rio, they worked as a junior designer.

Sooma’s work focuses on creating engaging visual content for both print and web. Isabella has also analyzed and developed strategies for evolving brand identities. In addition to their design work, Sooma has experience in managing client and supplier relationships, project management, and meeting multiple deadlines.

Sooma's educational career began at Colégio Dante Alighieri, a elementary school. Isabella then attended Colégio Bandeirantes for their high school diploma. After high school, Sooma studied at Panamericana Escola de Arte e Design and earned their associate's degree in graphic design. Finally, they completed their education at Universidade de São Paulo with a bachelor's degree in audiovisual.

They work with Dusan Ljubenovic - Front-end & WordPress Developer, Lea Hemm - Instructional Designer, and Gustavo Coelho - Tech Lead. Their manager is Marijn Verdult, Head of Technology.
