Isabella Sooma

Isabella Sooma has extensive experience in the design and education sectors, notably serving as the Interim Head of Learning Content at Academy to Innovate HR, where oversight of course development processes and management of Learning Content and Production teams occurred from January to September 2022. Previous roles at the same organization included Production Manager and Product Coordinator, as well as Production Team Lead, focusing on project coordination and team development. As Co-founder and Lead Designer at Studio ALSO, Isabella managed branding and design projects, honing skills in client and supplier relationships. Additional experience includes a role as Graphic Web Designer at i3D.net - A Ubisoft Company, and Junior Designer at Sesc Rio, alongside freelance design work for diverse clients globally from 2008 to 2013.
