Michael McCoy

Michael McCoy has over 20 years of work experience. Michael started their career as a Business Development Associate at the Center for Creative Leadership in 1999. Michael then progressed to the role of Project Manager in 2001 and later became a Senior Project Manager in 2004. In their role as a Senior Project Manager, they were responsible for account strategy, project strategy, financial oversight, and process improvement within Custom Solutions. McCoy joined AIIR Consulting in 2020 as a Senior Client Success Manager.

Michael McCoy received their MBA in Leadership and Human Resource Management from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource and Organizational Management from the same university between 1991 and 1995. Michael also completed their high school education at Doherty High School, although the specific dates are unknown. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Leading Complex Projects" from IDEO U in May 2022, and "Crucial Conversations (getAbstract Summary)" and "Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself" from LinkedIn in September 2020.
