Gayle Weibley Wolman has a diverse work experience in human resources. From 2014, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Aiken County, where they were responsible for various departments and implemented initiatives such as talent management and performance systems. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Capital Strategist for a private investor community starting from 2011. Gayle has also held executive positions at Maidenform from 2006 to 2011, where they played a key role in strategic planning, talent acquisition, and achieving impressive financial results. From 2002 to 2005, they served as an Executive Vice President at Right Management, where they led the development of global HR practices and policies, supported mergers and acquisitions, and implemented performance management processes.
Gayle Weibley Wolman earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Temple University in the field of Psychology, Education, Music, and Psychology. Gayle then pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Organization Science from Villanova University.

Aiken County Government was formed in 1871 by combining portions of Edgefield, Lexington, Orangeburg, and Barnwell counties and is the largest South Carolina county by land area at 1,073 square miles. The 2010 Census counted 160,099 persons living in Aiken County. The County is governed by the County Council, comprised of an elected-at-large Council Chairman and 8 members elected from single-member districts.
