Vicki Wilkinson

Vicki Wilkinson has a diverse work experience in various roles related to talent management and human resources. Vicki is the Founder & Director of Summit Talent, where they provide customized people solutions for creative SMEs and startups. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Director at KHWS on a part-time basis. Vicki also served as a Talent Consultant on a contract basis at Second Home and as a Talent Director at Portas. Additionally, they held the position of Head of Talent- UK at StartJG. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Business Partner at Euromoney Institutional Investor and as an HR Manager at Fallon. Vicki started their professional journey as an HR Officer at M&C Saatchi London.

Vicki Wilkinson has a diverse education history. In 2021, they attended the Animas Centre for Coaching to pursue a degree in Transformational Coaching. In 2017, they completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program at the Sampoorna Yoga School in India, specializing in Ashtanga & Vinyasa. In 2011, Vicki obtained a Prince 2 certification in Project Management from Maven. From 2007 to 2009, they studied at London Metropolitan University, earning a PgDip in HRM (Masters) with a focus on Employment law. Lastly, from 2002 to 2005, Vicki pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Social Science at Nottingham Trent University.
