Michele Daly

Michele Daly is currently the Director of Creative Recruitment & Culture at Johannes Leonardo. She is also a Founding Partner in Operations + Community at AIR Allies in Recruiting, a collective of advertising and marketing industry recruiters. Previously, she founded The Daly Connective, a creative recruitment company. Michele has extensive experience in global creative recruitment, talent management, and development, having held positions at Ogilvy, Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide, and Young & Rubicam Worldwide. Michele's journey in the creative industry began as a Creative Coordinator at Ammirati Puris Lintas / Lowe NY after earning her Bachelor's Degree in Journalism/Advertising from the University of Maryland.
