Alina Aronberga

Alina Aronberga has a strong background in human resources, with significant experience in leadership positions. Alina joined airBaltic in 2017 as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to that, they worked as a Compensation and Benefits Area Manager at Swedbank. From 2014 to 2017, Alina held various roles at airBaltic, including HR Operations Manager and HR Projects Manager. Before that, they worked as a Compensation and Analytics Specialist at Air Baltic Corporation. Alina began their career at SIA "FLS" as a Personnel Record Keeper.

Alina Aronberga obtained their Bachelor's degree in Law from Latvijas Universitate in 2011. Alina then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Riga Business School, completing their studies in 2022. In terms of additional certifications, Alina received training in Change Management from Anita Gaile Consulting in 2019 and in LEAN management from Zygon Baltic Consulting in 2018. Alina also obtained certifications as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, and as a C-OKRP Accreditation from OKR International, both in 2023. Furthermore, Alina has an AFW Project Management certification from the AFW Academy of Bad Harzbug, Germany, although the specific year of completion is not provided.
