Philip Hunter is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational development with a robust background spanning various sectors, including human resources consulting, education, and corporate environments. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Talent at Air Canada, Philip previously held key leadership roles at Journey North Inc. and Verity International Limited, enhancing employee experiences and focusing on talent strategies. Additional roles include Director of Global Talent & Organizational Development at Aimia Inc., where strategic initiatives were implemented to maximize employee performance. Philip has also contributed to academic settings as a part-time professor at Toronto Metropolitan University and has extensive experience in consulting through organizations such as PwC Canada and COREinternational Inc.
