Penny Thomas

Penny Thomas is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business improvement, digital leadership, and systems enhancement. Currently serving as Tribe Digital Lead at Air New Zealand since September 2019, Penny has also held multiple roles in the organization, including Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist and Agile Coach. Prior experience includes positions at Auckland Council, where responsibilities included Integration Lead and Portfolio Governance Manager, and roles at Study Group, where significant contributions were made to global finance programs and business process improvements. Penny's career began with positions at Westfield, Marlin Property Consultants Trust, and Credit Suisse, where skills in business analysis, systems process optimization, and project management were developed. Penny holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Massey University.
