Charles Dawson

Charlie Dawson serves as the Director for Americas Operations at Air Products, where responsibilities include regional management of the North Sub-region, covering the Midwest, northeast US, and Eastern Canada. With extensive experience in managing large integrated Air Separation facilities, Charlie has overseen operations at multiple sites, including air separation plants and hydrogen generating facilities. Previous roles at Air Products include Site Manager and Assistant Manager, where team leadership and operational oversight were key functions. Prior to joining Air Products, Charlie served in the US Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer, primarily focusing on engineering and navigation aboard naval vessels. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy.
