Susie Y.

Susie Y. is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Strategic Partnership for Asia at Air Products since December 2022. Prior to this, Susie held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition for APAC at Western Digital from 2020 to December 2022. Susie's career also includes significant roles such as Head of Asia Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner for Asia Technology & Innovation at Celanese from 2012 to 2020, and Learning & Development Service Line Leader at IBM from 2008 to 2012. Early in their career, Susie worked as an HR Specialist at General Electric and as an EA & HR Manager at Upstart Games from 2004 to 2007. Susie holds an MBA in International Business Management from Griffith College Dublin.
