We are seeking a dedicated Benefits/HR Admin to join our rapidly expanding team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Responsible for managing and administering benefit enrollments
Coordinate and perform Open Enrollment process
Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefit options, coverage details, and eligibility criteria
Process paperwork regarding disability, FMLA and employment life status changes
Act as a backup for payroll processing
Support other Human Resources functions as needed
