Delivery Co-ordinator

Airband are now looking to recruit a Delivery Co-ordinator – Salary up to £27,000 depending on experience.

This is a permanent position working as part of the wider Service & Build Delivery Division. Here at Airband we offer a Hybrid working model based out of our Tiverton office 2 days per week.

Essentially as Delivery Co-ordinator you will provide a varied administration support to the Service & Build Delivery which includes project managers and quantity surveyors. The role will involve close collaboration with the Division as well as well as other divisions and organisations, this is a busy, reactive and fast paced role which involves great communication, prioritising deadlines, reporting, monitoring KPI’s with the team to understand and assist with tracking all work, task and project assignments.

Our ideal candidate will be resilient and able to work at pace within a fast-moving and varied environment, you will have a great attention to detail and be a natural self-starter, who works well by taking ownership of tasks without too much direction.

More about you?

You maybe an administrator or co-ordinator with a background working in reactive and fast paced environments, a quick decision maker who thrives on variety and problem solving?

Experience of preparing reports and of monitoring KPIs, proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Plus, great skills in the use of database systems. CEMAR, Salesforce are advantageous

Effective at working successfully to tight deadlines with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders.

What will your day look like?

• Maintaining document control, database management, track CEMAR activities and team communication including triaging on our system DepotNet.

• Support the team in writing, amending and managing contract document and scopes.

• Create and monitor purchase orders, including application for payments (AFP) and submit invoices on CEMAR for the finance team.

• Collates and provide reports for KPI’s, Streetworks permit.

• Assists in meetings and follow ups with meeting notes, driving action completion to support cross functional alignment and communication.

• Communicates with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of information.
