Wayleave Administrator (6 months Fixed Term Contract – Tiverton)

We have a great opportunity for an administrator to join us to support the team through a busy period. As Wayleave Administrator you will be supporting our Wayleave Team Leader to ensure all Wayleaves and JU Pole applications are tracked to be compliant and to support the business requirements for any build / installation’s requirements.

Responsibilities include:

•Working with a high level of accuracy and audit awareness.

•Proactively monitor and pursue outstanding information by all forms of communication.

•Support with effective research projects that will require using media and specialist sector portals.

•Actively follow a list of priorities and effectively manage your day-to-day work schedule.

•Make use of Land Registry, planning authority and utility company websites to assist the field teams with site acquisitions and planning.

•Ensure National Grid compliance process is followed and tracked

You will have:

•Excellent Administration skills across Microsoft office and Excel, Data entry and be comfortable with systems.

•Working closely with the Wayleave Team Leader you will need a flexible approach to the requirements of the projects.

•Excellent levels of collaboration with both internal Divisions and externally across a wide variety of channels including 3rd party contacts.

You will need a Proactive approach, Excellent levels of communication delivered with a confident approach, be a Professional Team Player who has initiative and drive. Be able to demonstrate and uphold Airband’s values at all times. Have excellent active listening, written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management, research and problem-solving skills and be resilient with a flexible working manner.
