Avni Kala

Avni Kala has five years of work experience. Avni started their career in 2013 as an HR Associate at ITC Hotels. In 2016, they joined Sopra Steria as an HRO. In 2019, they moved to Magicbricks as an Assistant Manager HRSS. In 2021, they joined RED Thoughts LLP as a Talent Lead. Currently, they are working as a People Ops Specialist at Airbase since 2022.

Avni Kala completed their S.S.C from City Montessori School Lucknow in 2004-2005, studying Geography, History, Maths, Science, English, and Hindi. Avni then went on to pursue their H.S.C from STUDY HALL Lucknow in 2006-2007, studying Arts. Avni then attended Avadh Girls Degree College Lucknow from 2007-2010, graduating with a B A in Psychology and English. Finally, they completed their MBA in Human Resource from IMS Dehradun in 2010-2012.
