Catherine Gacad has had a long and successful career in the technology and financial industries. Catherine began their career in 1999 as a Senior Consultant at Ventaso, where they managed product development, QA, marketing, branding, sales, and training. In 2003, they were a Finance Intern at Cisco, where they benchmarked warranty spending against competition and determined ROI of diagnostics program. In 2004, they held two roles at Wells Fargo, first as a Product Manager and then as Vice President of Investor Relations. In the same year, they were an Private Equity Intern at Dunrath Capital, where they evaluated and reviewed financials of potential acquisition targets and investment opportunities. In 2021, they were the Director of Bank Partnerships at Airbase, where they oversaw partner strategy development, revenue & profitability delivery, strategic initiatives, and new business development. Finally, in 2022, they became a Partner at Glynn 100, a curated network of influential leaders within Technology, IT, Security, Finance, Marketing, and Human Resources.

Catherine Gacad received their MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Entrepreneurship, Strategy and Finance. Prior to that, they earned a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, with a double major in Biology and English, and a minor in Forestry. Catherine also attended St. Joseph Notre Dame High School.
