Earl Francis C. Bacani, CPA, CrFA has a wealth of experience in the accounting and finance industry. Earl Francis began their career in 2015 as an Experienced Assurance Associate at SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co., where they participated in the preparation of audit plans, scheduling and timing of work, performed walkthroughs and tested internal controls. Earl Francis then moved up to Senior Assurance Associate, where they were responsible for substantiating account balances in the client's financial statements, performing audit procedures, and recommending possible solutions to identified control deficiencies. In 2018, they joined NetSuite as a NetSuite Functional Consultant and a NetSuite Technical Support Engineer - ERP/Financials. Most recently, they began working as a Product Solutions Consultant at Airbase in 2022.

Earl Francis C. Bacani, CPA, CrFA obtained their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Paul School of Professional Studies from 2009 to 2014. In 2017, they obtained their Certified Forensic Accountant (CrFA) from the Institute of Forensic Accountants - Philippines. In 2015, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission. Earl Francis also obtained their NetSuite Certified SuiteFoundation certification. In 2021, they obtained their Licensed Financial Consultant certification from the Philippine Insurance Commission, NetSuite Certified Administrator certification from NetSuite, and NetSuite Certified Financial User certification from NetSuite. In 2022, they obtained their Certified Investments Advisor certification from Pru Life UK and NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant certification from NetSuite. Prior to this, they attended Leyte National High School from 2005 to 2009.
