Hasini Dissanayake

Hasini Dissanayake TSC, CSP, MBA has a long and varied work experience. In 2022, they began working as an Onboarding Manager (SMB & MM) at Airbase. From 2013-2012, they worked at Pinnacle Group, Inc. as an Onboarding Manager, Onboarding Analyst, and Recruiter, where they identified qualified candidates to provide a continuous flow of quality profiles into the internal database and to effectively build a pipeline of candidates for technical skill sets covering a large geographic area. During the same time period, they also worked at Truman State University as an Academic Student Advisor, where they supported seven international students in adjusting culturally and academically to the rigors of education at an American University, and as a Teaching Assistant, where they assisted the professor with grading three homework and assignments in average due for the week.

Hasini Dissanayake received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Truman State University in 2013, majoring in International Business and Business Administration. Hasini then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from International Technological University (ITU) in 2016.
