Kallen Bakas

Director of Customer Support at Airbase

Kallen Bakas has been working in customer support and success since 2012. In 2012, they worked as a Chemistry and Forensic Science Teacher at Holyoke Catholic High School. Kallen also worked as a Substitute Teacher at Lincoln Public Schools and a VT at Banfield Pet Hospital that same year. In 2013, they became the Public Relations Director and Marketing Manager, Administrator at Tristan's Cavalry. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as the Director of Customer Support, Senior Team Manager, and Support Leadership, Team Manager at Illuminate Education, Inc. Kallen then joined Support Driven in 2016, where they were a Support Driven Member. Kallen has also spoken at and helped with several leadership conferences as well as participating in the Aspire Mentorship program. In 2022, they joined Airbase as the Director of Customer Support.

Kallen Bakas holds a Bachelor's Degree from the College of the Holy Cross. Kallen also obtained a Zendesk Support Administrator Expert certification from Zendesk in December 2021 and a Talkdesk Admins Certification from Talkdesk in August 2019.
