Colleen Malone has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Colleen began as an Office Clerk at the Law Office of Brian Scott Dietrich, P.C. in 2013. In 2015, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Finance of America Mortgage LLC, where they created rebranding materials, developed campaign content targeting Millennials, and assisted in the transition during a national acquisition. In 2016, they were a Study Abroad Marketing Intern at the Global Education Office at Chestnut Hill College. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Housing & Activities Coordinator at FLS International - English Language Schools. During 2020, they were an Admissions Specialist at The University of Pennsylvania and an Executive Assistant and Project Manager at AIME. In 2021, they were a Customer Success Manager at Screencastify, where they managed a portfolio of over 500 individual domestic and international district accounts with a value of over $1,250,000. Colleen also provided technical support, tracked account activities, and collaborated with sales, marketing, and product teams. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Associate at Airbase.

Colleen Malone attended Chestnut Hill College from 2012 to 2016, where they studied Marketing with a Minor in Psychology. Colleen also studied Marketing with a Minor in Psychology at Regent's University London. In February 2022, they obtained a certification in Airbase Bill Payments from Airbase.
