Mahjabin Fatma

Mahjabin Fatma has over seven years of work experience in Talent Acquisition and People Operations. Mahjabin began their career in 2013 as a People Operations Specialist at GyanPro Educational Innovation Pvt. Ltd. In 2015, they worked as a Talent Acquisition onsite recruiter at Runnr. In 2016, they took on the role of Talent Acquisition Manager at Quizizz Inc., where they were responsible for the complete recruitment life-cycle, coordinating and managing vendors, conducting and coordinating campus recruitment, and building post offer engagement plans. In 2019, they became the Talent Acquisition Lead for the APAC region at Circles.Life. Her current role is Talent Acquisition Manager at Airbase, where they are responsible for all TA and HR related responsibilities.

Mahjabin Fatma has a diverse educational background. Mahjabin completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University between 2009 and 2013. Prior to that, they attended Our Lady Queen of the Missions School from 2007 to 2009. Mahjabin completed their secondary schooling at Loreto Day School in 2007. Mahjabin is currently pursuing a PGDBMA in Human Resources Management and Services from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Bangalore.
