Bilal Shah

Bilal Shah is currently the Global Team Lead for Operations at Airbnb, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Bilal served as Assistant Manager and SME-Customer Service Specialist at Crofarm from October 2021 to October 2023, and as an International Customer Service Specialist at Teleperformance from November 2020 to October 2021. Bilal's earlier experience includes various roles at Urban Company, including Customer Experience Specialist and Senior Associate, from May 2017 to October 2019.
