Marcella Hoffmann

Marcella Hoffmann is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience at Airbus, having held various senior positions since 2002. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Human Resources Business Partner for Airbus and the COO, Marcella oversees HR operations for over 60,000 employees globally. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources for Engineering and Operations Excellence and Operations, where responsibilities encompassed the management of large transnational teams across multiple regions. Marcella began their career at Airbus Group as an intern and progressed through roles in leadership development and HR management. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Communication from NEGOCIA and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft.
