Yannick Marlot has a diverse work experience starting in 2014. Yannick began their career as a Member and Traffic Manager at Adrenaline Hunter in 2018. From 2017 to 2017, Yannick worked as a Chargé de Marketing Stratégique at Canon France. In 2016, they served as a Business Developer at Fivory. Yannick also worked as a Chargé de Marketing Digital et d'Évènementiel at ACCRO in 2015. From 2014 to 2015, they were responsible for the evening part of the Gala 2015 as the Responsable partie soirée du Gala 2015 at Bureau des Elèves EM Strasbourg (Association). Additionally, Yannick was a Membre Actif at Bureau du Multimédia EM Strasbourg (Association), where they were responsible for taking photos at events and teaching photo and video editing courses. Yannick currently works at Aircall, initially joining in 2020 as a Paid Acquisition Specialist. Yannick later advanced to Manager, Digital Marketing - EMEA & APAC, where they were involved in team creation, internalization of paid social, and expanding acquisition to new countries. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head of Performance Marketing at Aircall, which began in January 2023. Yannick also has a future role as a Member at Pavilion, starting in September 2023.

Yannick Marlot has a diverse education background. Yannick completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Studies at EM Strasbourg Business School in 2014. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Operational and Strategic Marketing at the same institution, graduating in 2017. During their Master's program, Yannick went on an exchange program at the University of Adelaide in Australia, focusing on Marketing. Prior to their Bachelor's degree, they completed a Classe Préparatoire aux Grandes Écoles at Lycée Bellevue, specializing in Economical and Commercial Sciences with a scientific focus. Yannick finished their secondary education at Lycée Rive-Gauche, where they obtained their Baccalauréat with a scientific specialization. Additionally, Yannick has obtained certifications in Generative AI Fundamentals from Google (obtained in 2023) and as a Certified AdWords Specialist for the Search Network (obtained in November 2017).
